SRIJAN 2025 is a 3-hour daily professional work program within the ITS campus, designed and supervised by Loqal AI. Students work like real corporate employees a analyzing, coding, testing, and deploying live business projects under direct industry mentorship.
It’s the first structured, faculty-supervised, AI-driven residency model integrated inside an educational institution — combining academia, industry, and entrepreneurship in one ecosystem.
Traditional internships last a few weeks a this is a continuous one-year professional residency.
Instead of simulated tasks, students work on real products that generate actual business or social impact. Here, learning happens by doing, not by observing.
The Residency Framework
3 Hours Daily
Attend regular classes, then dedicate 3 hours to the on-campus corporate workspace for project work, stand-ups, and reviews.
Dual-Mentor System
Receive guidance from both an ITS Faculty Supervisor for academic integration and a Loqal AI Industry Mentor for project supervision.
PAL Evaluation
You’re evaluated like a corporate professional via fortnightly reviews based on Performance, Attitude, and Learnability (PAL).

A structured, corporate-style six-stage process where you move from concept to scalable product, culminating in the SRIJAN 2025 showcase.

Ideation, requirements gathering, and initial project charter definition.

Who is eligible for Phase 1?
Phase 1 of SRIJAN 2025 is focused on technical domains. Applications are open for students from B.Tech (CS/IT) and MCA. Future phases will expand to include BBA, MBA, and PGDBM students in roles such as Business Analysis, Strategy, and Marketing.
How will students be evaluated?
Evaluation is modeled after corporate appraisal systems. It includes fortnightly reviews and bi-annual appraisals based on the PAL framework: Performance (output, quality), attitude (teamwork, ownership), and Learnability (grasping new concepts, curiosity).
Can students launch their own startups from this?
Yes. The program is designed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset. Outstanding projects may receive incubation support under Loqal AI Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program.
